Frequently asked questions

All orders are processed within 24 hours – Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays in Ukraine. If you create your special wooden box with photos, the process will be longer and depends of your and manager comunication.

Due to the war in Ukraine, the delivery time may be longer. First, we deliver parcels to Poland, then to USA. International confirmed orders will be delivered around 14 days using priority shipping.
Ukrainian orders will be delivered within 3-5 days.

Yes, SYLA ships orders around the world.
Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges at the destination country. All additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

You will receive  the confirmation with the tracking number once your order is shipped.

Once placed, orders cannot be changed.

If an incorrect address was provided when placing the order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
SYLA is not responsible for failed deliveries when an incorrect / outdated address is provided, the recipient is not available. You have to understand, if your order delivered longer because not of our fault, we can’t be sure of the quality of the product.

Shipping is free on orders over $350. To this amount, delivery will be deducted according to the carrier’s tariffs.

There may be a difference in shape of Turkish delights.
