Returns & Refunds

As SYLA products are perishable, returns are not possible. However, you may request a replacement or refund instead.

This is possible only if the product arrived in a completely inappropriate form. We take a photo of the finished gift just before sending it, so we are confident in the quality of our product.

If you received a defective box, please take a photo and send it to us for clarification. However, no later than 48 hours from the moment of receipt.

If you still want to return the product because you just did not like it, we can accept it minus the internal product that you keep for yourself (it is perishable), which is 40% of the total cost.

If you ordered printing of your own image, we are forced to charge an additional $20.

Return shipping is at your expense.

Refunds and replacement requests will be considered if the incorrect product was shipped, or products were really defective or out of date because of our side.We cannot be responsible for the actions and work of the postal company.

The request must be emailed to syla.gifts@gmail.com ,within 48 hours of the order receipt with a detailed description and supporting photographs.

Once the request is received and approved, the replacement item(s) will be shipped around 14 working days for international shipping and within 3-5 days around Ukraine.
Where replacements are not possible, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Please note, refunds can take 10 to 30 working days to be reflected in the account.

We love wood and don’t want to change special elements in it. That’s why if you see different blemish it’s not a defect.
