Domestic Shipping (Ukraine)

Dispatch within 1–2 business days after the order is ready.
Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
Full insurance included.
Signature upon delivery is required.
Ukrposhta (Economy)
Ships to all regions of Ukraine.
Delivery time: 3–7 business days.
Budget option for small orders.

International Express Shipping
DHL / FedEx / UPS
Dispatch within 2–3 business days after production.

General Shipping Conditions
Each product is hand-packed using multi-layer protective packaging.
Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier.
If the packaging is damaged, a damage report must be filed with the carrier immediately.
All shipments over $100 are fully insured.
Orders are shipped only after full payment is received.
Insurance & Protection
All SYLA shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. For orders over $100, comprehensive insurance coverage is automatically included at no additional cost.
In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement.
Processing Times
Standard Items: Ready to ship within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
Custom Items: Handcrafted to order, requiring 2-4 weeks for production before shipping.
Signature Vault Pieces: Limited edition items may require additional production time. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of purchase.
